Terms.

Last updated 21 September 2026

These cover the client calendar and anything published through it. Filming work is covered by the quote and the booking confirmation for that job, not by this page.

Who this is with.

Mission:media Collective Ltd, company 15372339, registered in England and Wales at Solihull. Contact olly@missionmedia.uk.

The link.

Each client gets a private link to their month. Treat it like a password. Anyone it is forwarded to can see that month and can approve posts on the client's behalf, so it should only go to people trusted to make that call.

A link can be replaced at any time if it has gone somewhere it should not have. Ask and it is done the same day.

Approving and posting.

Nothing is published until the client has approved both the cut and the caption. Approving is the instruction to post.

Once approved, a post goes out at the date and time shown on the row, to the accounts the client has connected. If the platform refuses it, the post is held, not retried blindly, and the client is told.

The client's account, the client's audience, and the client's reputation stay theirs. Anything they ask to be taken down is taken down.

Accounts you connect.

Connecting an Instagram or TikTok account gives mission:media permission to publish approved posts to it and to read the results. Nothing else is done with the access, and it can be withdrawn at any time from the platform's own settings.

The account must be one the client is entitled to act for, and its use must stay inside that platform's own rules.

What is not promised.

No promise is made about views, reach, followers, enquiries or sales. The work is the filming, the planning and the posting, not a number.

Instagram and TikTok can change their rules or their access at any time and without warning. If that breaks part of this, it will be said plainly and fixed if it can be.

The service is run carefully but not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Where something does go wrong, liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which it happened, and nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Not affiliated.

mission:media is not part of, endorsed by, or run with Meta, Instagram or TikTok. Their names are used only to say which service is being connected.

Changes and law.

If these terms change, clients are told before it takes effect. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
